CARE - Colorado Alliance for Renewable Energy is an alliance of, renewable energy experts, citizens, research institutions, policymakers, and large and small businesses in Colorado that came together in the Spring of 2010. Our goal is to rapidly increase the shift from non-renewable energy to clean, renewable energy.
